Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" refers to the Future Path web-based service, tools, databases, and all digital features provided by Future Path International, Inc.
- "User" means any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Platform, including Students, Parents, Colleges and Universities, Distributors, and Resellers.
- "Student" refers to a minor or adult individual creating and managing a profile with the intention of exploring educational opportunities in the United States.
- "Parent" refers to a legal guardian or adult family member who registers on the Platform to support a Student User.
- "Institution" or "College" refers to a post-secondary institution with an official presence on the Platform for the purpose of recruiting students.
- "Profile" refers to the collection of multimedia and academic content submitted by Students to showcase their academic history, achievements, and interests.
- "Content" includes but is not limited to: written text, images, videos, audio files, recommendations, documents, academic records, and communications submitted by any User.
- "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between Users and Future Path International, Inc.
Introduction
Welcome to Future Path, a platform operated by Future Path International, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Future Path platform and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
User Roles and Eligibility
2.1 Students. Students must be at least 13 years old to create an account on the Platform. Students may create and manage detailed multimedia profiles that include academic, extracurricular, and personal development information. Students also consent to sharing their profile with verified U.S. colleges and universities for the purpose of admissions and recruitment.
2.2 Parents. Parents or legal guardians may create linked accounts to oversee their student's profile, offer guidance, and access college information. Parent accounts are required for users under 18, and parental consent is implied through registration and continued use of the platform.
2.3 Colleges and Universities. Institutional users, such as colleges and universities, may create institutional profiles, post admissions-related content, and view student profiles. These institutions are required to use student data solely for recruitment and admissions purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
2.4 Distributors and Resellers. These entities engage in marketing and commercial promotion of the Platform but do not have access to student or institutional data. Their activities are governed by separate contractual agreements and commission structures.
Account and Data Rules
3.1 Personal Data Collected. The Platform collects personal data including but not limited to: full name, contact information, location, date of birth, school name and address, GPA, test scores, achievements, extracurricular activities, recommendation letters, photos, videos, and other academic and creative work submitted to student profiles.
3.2 User Control. Users, or their legal guardians, may access, update, or delete personal data at any time through their account dashboard. Users also have the right to request complete deletion of their profile and associated data by contacting our support team. Data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law and internal data retention policies.
3.3 Privacy Policy. All data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is presented during registration. Users are required to read and accept the policy as a condition of account creation and continued access to the Platform.
Content Ownership and Usage
4.1 Ownership of Student Content. Students retain full ownership of all content submitted to their profiles. This includes written materials, images, videos, audio recordings, and other intellectual property. Future Path does not claim any ownership rights over this content and will not use it for marketing or commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from the student or their parent/guardian.
4.2 Access by Colleges and Universities. Verified institutions receive perpetual rights to view student profiles through the Platform. Institutions are prohibited from sharing, duplicating, or publishing any student content outside the scope of admissions-related evaluations.
Pricing, Payments, and Refunds
5.1 Pricing. Future Path offers the following family-based license packages:
Family Package 1 (1 Student, 2 Adult Family Members):

- Graduation License (until student turns 20): $259
Family Package 2 (2 Students, 3 Adult Family Members):

Family Package 3 includes everything in Family Package 2, plus a third student free of charge.
5.2 Payments. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Future Path does not directly store any user payment information.
5.3 Refund Policy. A full refund may be requested within three (3) calendar days of purchase. Refund requests must include proof of payment and account identification. After this period, no refunds will be issued except as required by law.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 Misrepresentation. Users must not upload, submit, or distribute false or misleading academic or personal information. This includes falsified grades, forged recommendation letters, or AI-generated material that is not properly disclosed.
6.2 Inappropriate Content. Users are prohibited from posting content that is obscene, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension.
6.3 Religious and Political Advocacy. The Platform must not be used to promote religious ideologies or political agendas unless directly relevant to academic or extracurricular achievements.
6.4 Automation and Spam. Users may not employ bots or automation tools, distribute spam messages, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
6.5 Unauthorized Access and Sharing. Unauthorized access to another user's account or attempting to share or distribute private user content is strictly forbidden.
6.6 Manipulated Media. Submission of deepfake or AI-manipulated multimedia content without disclosure is not permitted.
6.7 Violation Consequences. Violating any of these provisions may result in account suspension, content removal, or legal action depending on the severity of the offense.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
7.1 No Admissions Guarantee. Future Path does not and cannot guarantee admission to any U.S. college or university. The Platform provides tools and opportunities for exposure but does not influence admissions decisions made by educational institutions.
7.2 Third-Party Content. Future Path is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted or institution-submitted data. Users are solely accountable for the information they provide.
7.3 Use at Your Own Risk. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Future Path disclaims any warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for technical disruptions, loss of data, or institutional decisions made based on profile content.
Service Availability and Modifications
8.1 Availability. Although we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may affect performance.
8.2 Modification Rights. Future Path reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without liability. Material changes will be communicated via email or account notifications where appropriate.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
9.1 Partner Commissions. Commissions to resellers and distributors are administered either via affiliate tracking embedded in the Platform or through separate invoicing for discounted license purchases.
General Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the full and binding agreement between the user and Future Path.
10.2 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.3 Assignment. Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent. Future Path may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
10.4 Waiver. Failure by Future Path to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Intellectual Property
11.1 Ownership of Platform Content. All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software code, visual design, instructional materials, written guides, and database architecture, are the exclusive intellectual property of Future Path International, Inc. or its licensors. These materials are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited License. Subject to these Terms, Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for its intended educational and informational purposes. No User may reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from the Platform’s content without prior written consent from Future Path International, Inc.
11.3 Trademark Usage. "Future Path," the Future Path logo, and any related branding elements are trademarks owned by Future Path International, Inc. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11.4 Violation. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of Future Path’s intellectual property may result in civil or criminal penalties and the immediate suspension or termination of the User’s access to the Platform.
